Steem's real value

Most of us seemed to get affected by the price of Steem in the market. Whenever we see the price of steem rises, we become active in posting contents and earning as much as we can because of the FOMO effect. While some are only posting to earn a quick buck, they cash-out their steem earnings to fiat, which doesn't surprised me.

What surprised me are the Users that doesn't come here to earn Steem and seemed to stay for the long term but, they seemed to be sentimental whenever the price of steem drop or whenever their is drama going on.

As for myself, I do get disappointed whenever the price of steem drops but, my disappointment only last for a few minutes until I realize that it's an opportunity to earn more steem. Some users tend to get disappoint for so long without realizing the opportunities from it.

I read some posts asking what will we do if the price of steem drops down to 10 cents? Some users replied with clear direction in their mind to buy-in and power-up. Just imagine how quickly will you be able to raise your status in a discounted price, a $50 buy-in will instantly bring your account to Minnow level, $500 buy-in will equate to a Dolphin level account, a $5000 buy-in will instantly bring you to Orca-hood.

That's considerably a great deal considering the advancement on the development that is taking place in the Steem blockchain. The new dApps are learning from the mistakes of the earlier ones. Their more tools & dApps are being developed as I wrote this post which makes Steem even more exciting.

We don't need to be a really good blogger to be able to participate into the creation of Steem. We can simply be a musician, an artist, or even a gamer! Everyone has something to offer and the steem blockchain's dApps do have reward mechanisms for users that has a specific niche. Although it isn't fully diversed yet, based on what I see it keeps evolving to cover everyone's needs. And the good thing is that the new dApps don't even require Steemit Inc's delegation to be able to sustain its operation. Which is fascinating to think about and it's happening.
