Let go of the past and start the future of steem today
Most of us are still comparing the price of Steem from the past and this current year, of course I won't judge you for thinking about the past glory of Steem (in terms of price). I know all of us wanted Steem to succeed I mean, that's the reason why we are here in the first place.
But one thing that I realize is the fact that most of us are centered on price of Steem and not so much about the advancement of its development. The Steem as a whole have achieved so much even on this so called “bear market”.
When many of us thought that Steem will fail because it's not sustainable. Contrary, steem is still doing good and it's still showing its potential for its future.
I guess our sentiments about it only makes steem even stronger. Whenever Steem is being brought down to some extent, it only emerge in a much better shape. It seemed that when someone doubt about steem it only comes back with a credible answer to that doubt. And it comes in a different form.
When users complain about Steemit Inc's lack of communication - the Steem Alliance emerges to moderate the community's concerns.
When users think that 3rd party developers are being taken for granted, @blocktrades came up with a Worker Proposal system that will reward Developers who are contributing to the improvement of the Steem blockchain.
When users thought that steem projects are not sustainable without Steemit Inc's delegation, the Steem Monsters and the Next Colony was brought to life.
With every blow against Steem it finds a way to bounce back and it comes back stronger. Aside from being one of the fastest crypto and being one of the most efficient; we also have the most active crypto community. And we as the community are the ones that are laying the foundation of Steem for the future.
