4 Things To Have Before Going to Gym

Most of the people start gymming without paying attention to their diet and body weight. You need to have a complete knowledge of your body and what your body needs and at what time? Anybody can start gymming and start bodybuilding but not all of them achieve what they wanted to achieve. So if you are doing a thing better do it right and perfect. You must not start exercise with empty stomach because it may cause muscles fatigue and might lead to thinning of muscles. You need to understand about the muscles requirement of nutrients after the workout to repair itself. There are some food that you can have before going to gym and that can greatly help you to build good and healthy muscles. 



Bananas


One of the greatest quality of banana is that it contains a very rich amount of fast acting carbohydrates. It will provide you enough and continuos energy to carry on your workout and after the workout it will help your muscles to repair itself. Ideally you should eat banana before every meal specially morning meal (half an hour before your morning meal) because it will provide the necessary protein and fat for muscle building.  



Egg Whites


Egg whites are one of the biggest, cheapest and easily available resources of protein. You should try avoid eating egg yolks unless you are really thin because egg yolks are pure fat and you wouldn’t want that. Also egg yolk can make you feel sluggish and bloated during workout because it is metabolised slowly. Quantitatively, there is 4 grams of protein in a single egg white and that’s why you should definitely grab a couple of them before workout.


Fruits and Yogurt

Before starting your workout, it is very essential for your body to pack up some carbohydrate and protein content. Fruits and yogurt gets this job done. Fruits are a great source of carbohydrates whereas yogurt provides enough protein to get you going in workout. There is a very important thing that you need to understand before working out is you need a balanced diet of carbohydrates and proteins because your body cannot breakdown protein instantly to power up your workout but carbohydrates does the job. That is why you don’t need to have a lot of protein before workout and you need to understand only protein wouldn’t get the job done. 



Oats

Oats are one of the best food that you can grab before your workout as these are packed with fibres which helps in the steady release of carbohydrates in your metabolism. Therefore oats can greatly help you to have consistent energy throughout your workout. It consists of B Vitamins which basically helps in the conversion of carbohydrates to energy. You should have a cup of oats at least 30-40 mins before gymming.

Yes, sleep is important but after workout

I disagree.Best result is when you gym empty stomach..But you should have what you mentioned few minutes after workout..Arnold gyms empty stomach!!

If you don't have carbohydrates and protein before a workout then it can damage your muscles as your body won't have any protein to repair it. Also you won't be having enough energy for workout.

Ive been doing everything except for bananas.
I don't know why but I'll have a shot at it
