Because freelancer on springrole will get an endorsement by the company. They do work through the springrole protocol, which ensures all profile and endorsment are verified and real.Workcoin will be integrated into springrole which will allow freelancers to offer services directly from their spring role profile. so employers can hire best man easily by not wasting much money and time. And employees can get best offer from directly from employers. @hatu
The system is up in prototype phase. Not exactly delivering transparency yet, but it will soon.
But yes, it'd soon completely change the interaction between employers and candidates.
