Track of the day. Worship –Whispering gloom
I seriously thought these guys were dead. Well. I knew one of them jumped off a bridge. But I just learned they have reformed. I also learned they at going to perform in one of my favorite festivals in a months time. And I can't go. Fuck.
Funeral doom is for the patient. And worship is certainly not an exception. Worship does it with class.
The track is from their first release Last tape before doomsday. Which subsequently was renamed Last CD and las LP before doomsday. I know I have the CD stacked somewhere.
I found this live recording to be ok. Especially since I thought they were dead and buried.
And remember kids: hide that razor blade. This is bloody tragic.
His voice seems slowed down and they look like they are playing in slow motion... ha ha! The lead guitar is good.
