Crypto: Ripple is exploding and Verge back on Track.
Verge FUD seems to be over. While it has been dropping all day yesterday, prices are now up again. Wraith hasn't officially been released yet, so let's hope the release will up the price some more.
Ripple is on an all time high after some whale purchased 2 million ripple coins yesterday. It is currently set at $1.41 and climbing rapidly. It seems like the South Korean 'ban' on crypto had little to no effect on the Ripple price. (As some people feared).
All in all a promising start of the day.
there's also a rumor going around about ripple creating some sort of credit card running around in Twitter but I've yet to find an official source... That could make the price off ripple go to mars of true!
I would be surprised if that was to happen so soon. I would wait until the system is in operation and all the banks are using ripple for their transfers.
I don't think the banks will be very pleased when they find out their role is outplayed because everyone can simply pay in ripple. Why would you need a bank? Nevertheless as I am writing this ripple is already at $1.51! And they haven't started their test run yet which is planned for the 31st of January 2018. Good times ahead.
