recipe: (Ghobhi ki sabji): I had learnt today.
Firstly we have to fried the patato till it gets brown in colour...
Once patato is fried now remove the patato and noe put onion into it.
And fried the sliced onions till it get light brown...
Once onion fried now we have to add cauliflower to it and mixed well and fried it.
Click the whole mixture at medium flame and then add some salt to it. So that it can cooked easily.
Now as wee can see our mixed vegetables coocked well so now we have to add some tamoto and our fried patato to it and mixed well and wait for 5 min.
Now it's time to add spices to it, here we are using garam masala, turmeric, salt , ginger to it and again mix well.
Now add water to it and cover it for 15 min. And enjoy your 15 min.
