Eat to slim
I was recently at discord when @ijmmai was teasing @krazykrista about eating chocolate and putting on weight.
I think @ijmmai just felt that @krazykrista had put in so much effort in exercising so taking in chocolate would have wasted the effort.
I decided to make a post about how eating can help us to slim because of this interesting conversation in discord.
I found an article that support eating chocolate for slimming so @krazykrista can really celebrate now.

I have started my own slimming plan in December last year.
I have a weight loss of about 5 kg .
It is not too bad since I am not young anymore so my metabolism rate is not like the youngsters.
Slim by Chocolate
Based on the article above, chocolate can help us to slim down.
The article indicates that there is a link between chocolate and BMI.
It is not about how much chocolate that we eat but how often we eat chocolate.
Even through there is high calorie but there is also ingredients in chocolate that helps to stimulate weight loss.

Real Cinnamon (Ceylon Cinnamon)
I took active steps in December last year to slim down.
One of the things that I am still doing is to have a cup of black coffee without sugar with cinnamon added.
I would have a cup of cinnamon coffee on an empty stomach before I eat anything in the morning and I am still doing it.
Cinnamon can help to manage our blood pressure and prevent cancer growth.
It can help to lower our cholesterol.
When you decide to mix cinnamon with honey, it can help your body to generate heat and burns calories.
We can also sprinkle some cinnamon powders for other drinks and food.
Just make sure your cinnamon is Ceylon Cinnamon and not Cassia Cinnamon.
Cassia Cinnamon has higher amount of coumarin that can increase the risk of liver damage.
Ceylon Cinnamon has lower amount of coumarin in it.
Chicken Breast for weight loss
We do not need to go on hunger to slim. When we choose to starve ourselves, we may gain back all the weight when we start eating again.
One great way is to choose chicken breast as our main diet for weight loss.
The protein in it can help to burn off calories and it can also make us feel full for a longer period.
It also contains good vitamins for our body. The nutrients can help to stimulate our metabolism rate leading to reduce of calories too.
Fish for weight loss
It is a fact that not all fish can help in weight loss so we need to choose the right ones.
Some of the fish like wild salmon can help with weight loss.
In general, the omega-3 fatty acids can help to lose weight beside the other health benefits.
In conclusion
I do agree that regular exercise can help with slimming but we need to maintain our exercise schedule to maintain our weight loss.
The fact that many of us may be not able to afford the time and once we reduce the amount of exercises, we may gain back those weight that we have taken so much effort to remove.
We should not starve ourselves too as we may gain back easily once we start to eat again.
Starving ourselves may also do harm to our health.
My simple suggestion is to watch what we eat so that we can maintain our weight loss easily without high commitment of time.
We should research more on how we can maintain the similar routine to achieve weight loss effortlessly and easily.
There is always a need for a balance regardless of exercises or our diet.
