In general, babies born by their mothers can only cry under any circumstances. Whether when hungry, thirsty, defecating or urinating. then all babies must only express it in one way, namely crying.

However, Allah has shown his power to 3 miraculous babies who can speak while still in their mother's arms. And the babies were told directly by the Prophet.
