According to a complaint filed in the Southern District of New York court in Manhattan on Tuesday against Activision Blizzard ATVI -2.23%, the complaint alleges that at least 8 of Activision's "Call Of Duty" games including Modern Warfare 2 and 3 are profiting from wrongfully using the "Humvee" and "HMMWV" trademarks both in the games and for the games' promotion and advertising as well as in related books and toys.
