traditional food, what is the “IE BU”

On this occasion I came up with the same topic, that we are still talking about food. The food is quite simple, which does not require enough capital just with rice, coconut milk, water, sugar and salt and is very easy to cook, namely “ie bu”.
"Ie bu" but it becomes special among the people of Aceh, Indonesia. The fact is that it tastes good, since the “ie bu” is usually made on certain days.
Until now cooking event “ie bu” is still ongoing and has become a tradition in Aceh society. The cooking event is carried out in the meunasah (surau) or in the halls of each hamlet, the necessary ingredient are usually the result of donations of all the people in the place, this is the symbol of helping each other become one that can strengthen the brotherhood. Because cooking “ie bu” has become a tradition in aceh society, so I try to explore it at home.
Pada kesempatan ini saya hadir dengan topik yang sama, yaitu kita masih berbicara tentang makanan. Makanan ini terbilang sederhana, yang tidak memerlukan modal banyak cukup hanya dengan beras, santan kelapa, air, gula dan garam serta sangat mudah untuk dimasak yaitu “ie bu”.
Tetapi "ie bu" menjadi istimewa di kalangan masyarakat Aceh, indonesia. Faktanya selain rasanya yang enak, karena ie bu biasanya dibuat pada hari-hari tertentu.
Sampai sekarang acara memasak ie bu masih berlangsung dan sudah menjadi tradisi di masyarakat Aceh. Acara memasak ie bu dilaksanakan di pelataran meunasah(surau) atau di lorong tiap-tiap dusun, bahan-bahan yang di perlukan pun biasanya hasil dari sumbangan seluruh masyarakat di tempat tersebut, ini lah simbol dari saling membantu menjadi satu yang dapat mempererat persaudaraan. Karena memasak ie bu sudah menjadi tradisi di masyarakat Aceh, jadi saya mencoba untuk mengeksplorasinya dirumah.
