Finely tuned or Conditioned - Emotional or Sensitive?
Freedom is the ability to understand, choose and move, or not. To move with the wave, one must be sensitive to the environment, rather than ones assumptions about it. Fear is awareness trapped in the mind. Inflammation is embodied tension, inappropriate response. How do we know what is real? - sense only happens in the now. Ignore your senses, and enter ignore-ance.
Toughts trigger emotions, emotions trigger actions, action get us results.
If we control our toughts we control our life
Beliefs that have an impact on us trigger emotions. Thoughts that are devoid of any personal attachement have neglible emotional impact. It is our opinions and how strongly we hold them that give power to thoughts. Reality minus the filter of opinion can be experienced through our senses rather than our stream of noisy assumptions we call thoughts. Yes you can choose thoughts that control emotions and create the desire to act. How graceful that action is, will be determined by how well we move with what is occurring around us. That requires awareness of and sensitivity to our surroundings, both of which are reduced when we are in thought, especially thought that stimulates strong emotion.
