Arm Through - Morning Stretch move 2

This is such a great stretch to begin with because it requires little balance.
Remember to do it slowly, what I am aiming for is to give my body permission to release any non useful tension.
Any fear, any opinions that have become embodied.

Thinking about health in terms of nutritional inputs and avoiding toxins is effective.

The body has to move all this stuff to the right place at the right time in workable ratios.

To do that it requires appropriate tension acting across membrane surfaces and in all those pulsating tubes, (damn that does it for me baby).

To know what is appropriate, the body must have access to data from environment in real time. That is only available through the senses. If we are not in our senses we are in our strategies/fantasies ie fears and attachments.

Graceful movement adheres to what we like to call gravity and physics.

or what I like to call...reality. That place where nature is still flowing, around all our structures...

This is psychobiology - it is an action, an experience, anything but...just another story lol..

This is a good way to get out of depression. We must try to free the mind from negative thoughts. This can be done more easily when you start actively moving and concentrate your attention on physical activity.

Or just ignore the mind and focus on the reality of our body moving in space, or our breath moving in our body.
It seems to be fear that will not let us stop planing, trying to compare options as though we were able to control everything lol..
To come out of mind, focus is the key.

Exactly, you're right it's all happening when we are not in sense. You do that right way to free from stress. But I think exercise is better than other activities.

Do you perform it daily? Which time is good for doing it? I mean morning or evening.

I go through phases like most people.
I used to do this as part of a morning routine.
I will publish a stretch like this every once in a while
Nice to paint some pictures and have a break from trying to simplify the deeper stuff.
clarity comes with sensation, that is where reality is lol..
