Hey guys, as I mentioned in my last article, I love delicious food which is full of health benefits and nutrients at the same time. How many of you guys have been to Thailand and enjoyed drinking fresh coconut juice every day? Any other coconut lovers? ;) Coconut water, fat and oil are actually your best friends for losing this annoying belly fat and getting the dream body you want. But during my last trip to Hua Hin / Thailand, I had an absolute revelation :D

All Coco - Nam Hom

Back home in Germany and Switzerland I only knew coconut water, cooking oil and some coconut cosmetics. But in February this year I tried to escape the burning sun in Bluport Mall Hua Hin. Looking for a cool drink, I suddently found myself standing in front of this advertising. They had a coconut water cocktail with Butterfly Pea Flower! But not only that but all kinds of coconut products: soft ice cream, meringues, ice cold coconut water and coco pudding :D

I can tell you that I literally tried every organic coconut product I could get my hands on in Germany and Switzerland. But this was pure paradise. I definitely loved everything and went there every day during my stay in Hua Hin. And the best part is the price: I just paid 442 THB which equals $13 today for ca. 1l of pure coconut water, a package of meringues, soft ice cream and coconut water with crushed ice.

Obviously you will find cheaper coconut products in Thailand but definitely not on this high-end organic level. Seriously, if you ever have the chance to get to Thailand, watch out for All Coco - Nam Hom and try their delicious stuff yourself.
