Yes, please do! There might even be a video about struggles with balancing. All of the yoga I had done up until recently has been hard. It was the kind that wants to kick the crap out of you. Then, I was visiting my parents and I went to their yoga class with them, and for the first time I experienced yoga that was kinder on the body and just as beneficial. I feel like Yoga with Adriane is like that. Kind on the body and good for the heart!
I wonder if it would help ease any of my aches and pains without causing more...I will definitely check it out. :D Thanks. :D
