Roadtrip Armadillo
This was an amazing find on our trip to town. Not often you see an armadillo in the middle of the day. Well, it was, for whatever reason. So, I had to turn around and go get some pictures!

I heard they good eats! I guess if they don't usually come out in the day, you may wanna check if it has the crazies before cookin it up!

We see so many of these every day lol! We ate one earlier this year and it was very yummy!!
Yeah! Nice! I'm not sure I actually know anyone that has ever eaten one, until now.
I thought of this because of that story @mountainjewel! I really want to try one some day....for now I'll content myself with trying some opossum stew (tons of those fellows around us).
