Cashew Fruit (Anacardium occidentale)

It's the season of cashew in the tropical region of the world where I come from and I spent some of my time to hunt for the fruit. Cashew fruit has its tree often grown on a hard sandy soil and it's a succulent fruit that has a nut which takes the kidney shape. According to research, few of the health benefits of cashew fruit consumption are; It helps maintain perfect heart's health as it has lower fat content, it contains rich contents of magnesium and copper, of course, to balance up the calcium level in the body, it's good for weight loss, good for diabetes and so on.
