It's amazing how they say, when you educate a woman, you educate a nation, yet women are the ones suffering in the hands of men ( young and old). The rate of unemployment among women is very high because, very well qualified women are subjected to sexual harassment constantly during employment application process as compared to their male counterparts.

Most male human resource managers, corporate managers, etc. trade, as if sexual favors are part of the job requirement. These men will prey on innocent, desperate young ladies who have struggled to get through university and graduated, looking for job to better their lives. These abuse of power must stop, this is killing Ghana. The economy is going down because the wrong people are working for the country.There are a lot of talented and creative minds that are unemployed because they refuse to give in to this kind of advances.

Since when is it required in employment ethics that a woman must sleep with someone before she is employed? Since when must a woman sleep with a man as old as 50+ for a job. Come on, we should know better!!!! Y’all were born by a woman and most of y’all have sisters, nieces, cousins etc. It’s appalling to see how these men feel it’s ok to call a lady after an interview and say, if you want the job then there are certain requirements you need to meet. Some even go to the extent of saying you should meet them in a hotel room for further discussions. Why must our brothers, fathers and uncles go that low. Where is the humanity in these men? And when you complain they will say, ok start a business, you don’t need to work for anyone. Now the question is, how many of you are willing to invest in the dream of a woman without asking for sex? Y’all said there is nothing like free lunch!!! Smh, it's about time all these stop!!
