Today I want to share with you my first report as "Steem Representative", happy to have been selected and to be able to assume this responsibility. I will gladly continue to give my best for the growth of our platform and all users on it.

Activities during the week of March 24-30, 2023, as Moderator of #WORLDOFXPILAR :

✔ Provide guidance to different users on the subject matter to be covered within the community, as well as provide them with information about the #club.
✔ Reading and reviewing publications, as well as providing guidance to all those users who need it, especially in terms of writing and layout of publications.
✔ Selection of publications for Booming support.
✔ Verify that publications do not contain plagiarism or that they are made with AI.
✔ Creation of activities such as contests and educational publications:

Activities as Moderator of #ColombiaOriginal :

✔ Provide guidance to users on the correct use of commands to improve our publications. As well as the proper way to use the images, that these are free of copyright.
✔ Reading, review and verify the publications, verify that there is no plagiarism or content made with AI.
✔ Select publications for Booming support.
✔ Drafting the Schedule for the entire team.
✔ Perform verifications to new users.
✔ Verifying challenges during my on-call shift.

New Project: "Steemit Mentors"❤

Together with my partner @josevas217 we have decided to implement a new project called "Steemit Mentors", which aims to provide personalized support to new and not so new users, to anyone who requires our advice and is interested in growing within Steemit.

Because our vision is that, to be able to contribute and provide others with our knowledge and experience.

At the moment I am working with some users:

• @rocismar who is Venezuelan and is starting her way in the platform. I intend to give her all my support and educate her about everything that has to do with Steemit.

• I am also in contact with @marulobo from Colombia-Bogota, who I have been a guide since the beginning and recently she made her first "Thediarygame" and I provided her with information regarding #burnsteem25.

• And @azmat545 from Pakistan who is also receiving advice from me to advance in his growth.

Activities as community curator :

✔ Currently I have 6 months being part of "TEAM MILLIONAIRE" with steemcurator03.
✔ My work day is Tuesday and this week I was able to vote for 26 contests with excellent themes and 5 quality comments.
✔ And as every week I made my selection of best publication, this week being for @ubongudofot.

Activity related to Plagiarism and content detection with AI :

On Wednesday on my on-call shift in the #SteemitHealth community, I was able to check about 28 posts of which two contained Plagiarism and AI-created content. Here I present the respective posts:

• how to lose weight

Growth of my account:

✔ This week I was able to reach my 4th Dolphin, one more goal surpassed.🐬
✔ Realized my 150 steem power up in the Scouts community.
✔ Withdraw 150 Steem.
✔ My Stem Power increased this week 270,904. My account went from (19,981,370 to 20,252,274).

✔ In addition to the above activities, I was also very active on my blog, creating diverse content and participating in the different dynamics such as TheDiaryGame and the Steemit Engagement Challenge contests.
✔ And to culminate I share with you the activity of my account:

Voting CSI: 23.4 ( 2.20 % self, 329 upvotes, 170 accounts, last 7d ).
