Hello dear friends, I hope you are very well, happy start of the month for all of you, I hope you have a few days full of success and productivity, today I want to talk about what we call PASSION, but our passion for WORK. Today I want to talk about what we call PASSION, but our passion for WORK. Many times we work like robots, just to generate profits and we forget to feel happy with what we do.
It is very important that whatever you do every day, you do it with love and dedication. For no one is life to work in something that makes us unhappy, so, Think if what you do today fills you with pride or unhappiness?.
What I recommend you to do first is to do something that has to do with YOUR LIFE PURPOSE, if you love teaching I recommend you to do something that has to do with teaching, maybe being a teacher or helping others to achieve certain goals. You must relate your actions to what makes you happy and feel useful. Otherwise things can become a simple routine.
We must always relate the Professional with the Personal, and when I say this I mean that we must always be as we are both in our work and in our social environment. We should not change our personality because that can exhaust us, love and want what we do is what will always keep us happy and full of success.
DARE TO CHANGE, it is always good to face new experiences, it makes us stronger and makes us see that we are capable of achieving much more than we thought. Getting out of the comfort zone will give us experience, it will make us see beyond the normal and the common, we will BE MUCH STRONGER IN THE FACE OF ANY ADVERSITY.
Do things YOUR WAY, HOW YOU THINK IT'S BEST, BE INDEPENDENT, this will help you build your confidence and give more meaning to the things you do, since you don't have to follow anyone's orders.
SURROUND YOURSELF WITH PEOPLE WITH YOUR SAME PURPOSE, people who add you and make you feel in the same tune. Many times we fail in life because we follow the wrong path due to our relationships, whether they are relationships or friendships, so choose very well who you want close to you.

it is amazing how people who work with passion always succeed, while people who hate their job usually never stop being mediocre. it is said that things without passion are not worth doing, this can be seen in most jobs where workers do things in a mediocre way and forget the old saying "what you have for fun someone else has as a profession". that's why if you enjoy and are passionate about something, you can use it to earn a living and enjoy your work.

There is a very popular saying that says "everything that is done with love is perfect", and it is the reality if we do not put love to things nothing will make sense and our physical exhaustion will be reflected, on the contrary when you do things with passion you do not wear out, because you love what you do and therefore enjoy your performance to the fullest.

If we always do what we love then we will probably be success1ful. Also we should always be ourselves and not try to change for someone or some job in our life.

Hi @franyeligonzalez, the economic situation of different countries have moved the minds of a lot of people from what they love doing to doing different types of jobs just to survive.
However, there is always a visible difference between someone who is doing a job for the purpose of passion and another who is doing it just for the money. Doing a job with passion results in constant growth undoubtly.
It's a fact that most people lack passion for what they do. People are so profit oriented that they forget that they're humans and not robots. You have to pursue a career in an area you have some happiness in. Thoughtful post. Thank you.
