Good afternoon to the entire community in general, from this now prestigious academy, which has been in charge of guiding my first steps in this world of cryptocurrencies, also applying them to the world of trading. I am a relatively new student who wants to thank all the teachers and curators from the previous season who gave 1000% for training us as integral students trained in this area. I still have a world of knowledge to explore. Here my path begins, welcoming the teacher: @ lenonmc21.
Next we will give answers to the following questions according to the teacher's assignment:
(1) What is PoB? What does healing mean to you on Steem Blockchain? What are the benefits of building SP? How is upvoting explained as good or bad social behavior and why? When searching in our computer the word "PoB" gives us as a result in google brain test which is considered a tool for the analysis of any content, its main function being to interlace the blockchains in this case of steemit to achieve the definition of rewards for publications being the incentive for us users who contribute in this process which we must try to provide quality content and free of plagiarism in order to have the opportunity to be rewarded by the curators of the platform.
When we talk about healing in steem blockchain, it is understood that it is a system of actions that are delegated in incentives for all users who belong to this platform. It can be interpreted that the healing is shown in positive feedback and in the comments of different publications. The healing of the posts is delegated through the steem powers which is obtaining increases in its value to delegate to the doctor who injects steem.
It can be added that the tokes are distributed as follows: 10% goes to the miners as their income, 15% goes to the SP holders, 10% goes to improvements to the platform and the remaining 65% Active users of steemit are aimed at us, where the Pob system comes into play as a way of distributing money to everyone.
The benefits of building "SP" translates into achieving greater hierarchy in the steem community, constantly revaluing your account and also being able to help other users with the power of your votes. Observing it from another point of view we can also add that it can be interpreted as a way to save with a view to the future, since in case of an emergency you can withdraw the amount you consider, which would be translated into steem, an action that I do not recommend, yes not in cases of full economic emergency, an action known as turning off the platform.
The benefits could be grouped into two categories: personal, for the user who decides to invest in SP, and common, for the platform and the community as a whole.
When we relate the vote in the social sphere, an impact is observed among the users that can be eradicated in the quality of the post exposed on the platform, 100% original and with a good striking proposal in relation to its design. In other words, this type of material would obtain the recognition of the community, thus obtaining positive votes and being able to be shared with other users. Its easy system allows us to find the cryptocurrency you want to investigate, which in the case of this subject, the steem will be the crypto emblem of our platform.

We hope that it will continue to have a noticeable development because if steemit is priced better in the market, we will all improve in the steemit environment.
Steeemit as a decentralized platform gives us the opportunity to obtain:
-SBD: They are obtained by being compensated as an author within the margin of the articles established at 50% / 50%. As we all know, the author receives a quarter of the acquisition reward that would be 25% of the total income of a post. It can also be obtained through the comments left in a third-party post.
-STEEMT: They are the most acquired on the platform since they are offered as prizes in many of the circulating contests in any community.
-SP: For me, those who play an important role in the growth of the new user in steemit. They are obtained within the 25% designated as the author's award for being curated in a post or comment in a third party. They are automatically hosted in the steem powers.
-TRX (tron): cryptocurrency that comes from a strategic alliance in order to promote this decentralized platform of steemit, thus opening a new avenue in the crypto market. It is important to clarify that for every 1sp received on the platform, a TRX is received.
Already finished the tour and hoping to answer each of the questions in task 1 of the beginner level where I could, through the research method I was able to deepen even more about these topics that form the backbone of basic learning of our crypto academy.
