So the Nigerian government decided to use $1 billion dollar to combat terrorism.. welcome to a joke of a country.
$1 billion dollar is the equivalent of 365 billion naira that's translates to the government spending 1 billion naira a day to fight terrorism.
Bringing us to the question of how terrorism started in the first place.
The government failed in its responsibility of providing jobs and other basic social amenities. If the 1 billion naira/day was to be used to create industries, there'll be no terrorist.
