Popcorn on a Stove
Hello dear followers!
Yesterday, I had the pleasure to try and do popcorn on a stove for the first time in my life, usually I've been lazy and did it in the microwave because easily it's a lot more simple.
I also have a video of it, but there seems to be some problems with it, so I'm unable to add it here.. sadly, but anyway, I added some extra butter because I like the taste of buttery popcorn, also added in a bit of salt, because I thought they may not be salty at all, but seeing the inside of the pack made me reconsider, which I ignored and still added more salt haha.
It took a lot longer for the corn seeds to actually start popping than in the microwave, but when they did, I felt like a little kid and felt happiness inside. Also burnt a quantity of the popcorn, but no problem, I ate all of it haha.
One thing that I was really surprised though, was the fact that the amount of popcorn I got using the stove was a LOT less than from microwave, and that sort of got me shocked. I was really-really surprised about it, because I actually thought I will be getting more from using a stove, but oh well..
