Walk along the waterfront Ulba & Irtysh Rivers to the memorial Victory in the The Great Patriotic War (World War II) (1941 - 1945) in Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Kazakhstan.

Memorial plaques with the names of Heroes of the Soviet Union from our region are installed along the way to the Memorial. From East Kazakhstan, 109 soldiers and officers were awarded this title.
