First I went to the "Electric and Plumbing Store." Just as I thought, it was the "starter capacitor."
What a relief. Didn't cost much. I won't tell you how little. Let's just say less than $20 dollars.

The path I show is to the in ground water pump location to reinstall. And yes, it worked fine. What a relief.
The next two photos is all about finishing up with the water pump.

Done with the water pump. Lots of good water. Thank you.
Unless you want some nearby blackberries.

Day was not done. Not even close.
Next Homestead Job. Mowing.

After not being used for a long time. Yes, you would expect some dust. Ha

It was a job attaching the bushhog on by myself. But, lots of homesteaders do that kind of work often.

Just as I had said two weeks ago or more. My life was going to be radically changed. From rest to work. Ugh

I will show some of the work tomorrow. This post is getting rather long already.

As has been my custom over the last few days/weeks. I add a little something at the end for you. This is what I see everyday.

It has been a long day. It will be like this for many days. Tomorrow is the exception. Family reunion tomorrow.
I get a day off. I will be telling about Steemit. Hope to get some new members. We'll see.

Thank you for following my work. It should be interesting for you. That is my hope.

That looks like a very beautiful place to live!

I would love to have a go at homesteading, but I think I probably would get a shock at all the extra things you have to do, that people take for granted.

@shaunmaza
Thank you for your reply. And you are right. It can be challenging at times. The pioneers were the first homesteaders. They did it by necessity. Today, we have options. We are not true Homesteaders.
The idea of Homesteading today, is to cut back on reliance of outsiders. Each little item we learn to do ourselves, is less reliance. Plus the satisfaction of doing something that seemed impossible, or nearly so.

Such as my pump problem. Normally, I would have called a plumber, he would have repaired it, and everyone would be happy. But,, I wanted to see if I could do it myself. Yes, I needed the plumbing store.
But, I finished the rest myself. Saved a few a bucks, and I now know how to take care of it myself.

Thank you again for your upvote and your reply. That is the Steemit way.

It's just great to have the opportunity to carry out their work surrounded by nature.

@madlenfox
Thank you for noticing. It is a great scene and a wonderful place to be. But, as always. It takes work. Ha
