A Walk Around Shamrock Park--Part 3
Wow Friends. I had such a great response to my "walkwithme" post yesterday. @lyndsaybowes started and has been promoting the new tagline, "walkwithme" with some success now already.
I look for many more to join in with her in adding this great idea to help all of us to grow Steemit even more.

So with that introduction. I now add my new "walkwithme" post for you to view and to enjoy for today.
In the park flower and plant garden shown above. I added this for you first. That is a very pretty color.
To protect the wildlife. You will see signs such as this posted around the park.
As we walk up the trail. Another rest bench for the weary.
Farther along on the trail. Another table for the visitors to be seated on and for a possible picnic along the canal.
The canal is along side the trail. It is so enjoyable to walk or ride a bicycle on the trail.
I see another sign. Lots of signs to inform the visitors.
The rear entrance to the Park Headquarters.
This is the front of the building.
Children's play area and pavilion.
Tennis and basketball courts.
As I leave the park. This is another trail that isn't paved. It leads back to the canal and a fishing pier.
I didn't make the walk back to the pier. Sorry. Maybe another time.
Finally to finish my "walkwithme" post. I show to you on the bridge leading out of the park.

I have now completed my "walkwithme" tour of Shamrock Park. I didn't get to show all of it as I would like to.
Maybe at a later date I can get into more detail than I did this time.
But, I am hoping that you got at least a glimpse of what I could see in my walk around the park.
It is so pleasant and enjoyable to visit the park. I go there often while I am here in Florida.
Without Steemit. I could do nothing for you. Let us all work together to build Steemit up to greatness.
Think of how many peoples around the world need Steemit.
For pleasure and maybe even for paid work effort. We can hope anyway.

I am afraid that my old face is not the ideal picture you want to see on a T-shirt.

We all love beauty. Either you or @lyndsaybowes are much more beautiful to look at from my point of view.
Yes. You could put my Steemit name @francisk on it. But a picture is worth a thousand words it is said.
I haven't really walked that many miles. At least not yet. I have been too busy.
But, thank you so much for your loving thoughts. I will never forget you and your care of me and my Steemit well being.

Well Francis, I actually wasn't thinking of anybody's image being on the shirt.

If this was on the back of a shirt or jacket...we could have teams of walkers all around the globe all supporting Steemit with the tag.
It would be so neat. I think people would be interested to know what the movement is all about and before we know it, you could be hosting your very own Steemit Meet-up! How cool would that be!!!

I do hope both you and Pat can go to this.
I think in very short order, you'll be able to host your own meet-up and not have to drive 4 hours. You can be your own Florida chapter or part of a chapter where ever you hang your hat or your boots take you. :)
Don't tell me no... until you go and see what is shared. I know you can do this, if you decide that you want to. You've been building community every day for the last 6 months. If you do end up orchestrating a meet-up, I will fly down there and be a co-presenter for your group. ;)

I think my problem is "multi-marketing."
Too many of those days. It always faded out eventually.
I know this is different. The minnows starting out doesn't have that monthly outflow that creates concern.
Another point in all this. We are reaching out to the world for Steemit. Huge difference.

This is the thing. In order to justify the travel costs, you need people to really commit to showing up. They have to have a vested interest. I noticed that the meet up scheduled for the 9th is free to attend. They all should be free...the issue then becomes lack of commitment to attend. I've made $12,000 SBD in 15 months time. When Steemit is $10 a token...even if it gets to $4 a token which I have seen, well Francis that's a new tractor and a lot of new shoes. LOL isn't it?
Can I teach people how to do it and can you? Sure we can.
The question is: do we want to?
Irregardless, eventually I will fly somewhere and meet you, that I promise. :)
This is a beautiful walk in the park. This park is kept so clean, but I did notice that the benches were chained down. Do they take legs and walk away when no one is looking? That would be a shame if they did. Such a pretty park.

Since we live on earth and not in Heaven. Perfection is not to be found in our physical world.
Meaning that the human nature doesn't always seek after love and what is right.
So, the benches and tables could be carried away by greedy persons.
Or be thrown into the water by those that care not for the welfare of others.
That is the world we live in today. Will it ever change?
Yes. But we don't know "the when" yet.

I am pleased to see that here in Florida You have more time for walks and rest. I see this beautiful Park which You could visit and tell us about it. You know that I love such trips.
