I was on my telegram account this morning when i badged into an argument on the newly cryptogene token, this prompted me to rush to my PC and I got some useful information which I will like to share with you guys here.

This new Blockchain startup, Cryptogene, has been OK in Africa especially in my country (Nigeria) with the main aim of educating Nigeria citizens on the rudimental and benefits of the Blockchain and cryptocurrency in general.

Cryptogene aims to give its members the ability to be part of the emerging blockchain industry by being able to make informed assessments for investment opportunities or building and integrating blockchain into their businesses and daily activities.
According to research, Cryptogen was Launched on Dec. 14, 2016, and also described by its founder Bashir Aminu as a community where Nigerians and indeed people of all nationalities could get acquainted, learn and understand the emerging cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Aminu tells Cointelegraph that the platform would enable the people to understand the usage and implementation of the underlying technology of cryptocurrencies.
According to Aminu, as part of the learning process a cryptocurrency called cryptogenecoin (CGC) has been developed and mined by the group for hands-on educational purposes, so as to demonstrate to the members of the community what it really means to create a Blockchain with its own associated token.

The primary aim of Cryptogene is to create an enabling environment that will push its members to become relevant in the competitive world of the disruptive technology.
There'll be a total number of 50,000,000 CGT issued. Out of which 25,000,000 would be sold during the ICO phase which will end on 24th of November.
