Things are very exciting at the top of Serie A with just 2 points separating the teams from Milan and Napoli. It was Verona who put in another goal-filled performance with a 4-0 win over Udinese. Juve's 1-1 draw with Atalanta could be considered a good result but nonetheless, leaves the 9 points adrift of the league leaders.

Gameweek 24 Round-Up

Capitalising on Verona's dominant performance, @o1eh's decision to captain Gianluca Caprari was a masterstroke, his points alone providing a score of 30 and teammate Antonín Barák adding another 9.

The combined score of those 2 players beat every other team, other than @chenty and @the-gorilla who scored 53 and 45 points respectively.

This means that overall, @the-gorilla has been able to close the gap slightly on @jimah1k and @arahman in the top 2 positions. @jimah1k leading by 30 points, with @arahman now just 3 points ahead of @the-gorilla. @jacorv is sitting in 5th place overall and is next closest to reaching the podium with the gap now standing at 100 points.

Head-to-Head League

It looks like something went very wrong for @aubilu123 this week, scoring -4 points which leaves him firmly rooted to the bottom of the Head-to-Head League. At the top of the table, @the-gorilla beat @jimah1k whilst @arahman also lost out to @titopx. @abu78 and @jcarlu.iae all won their match ups, giving them a slight advantage in the battle for the prizes.

With things at the top so close, there's still everything to play for and every week sees a top of the table clash. This week, it's @arahman v. @jcarlu.iae and both will be wanting to keep their title challenge alive.
