Steemit Culinary Challenge #2 - International Croissant Sandwiches

I am so excited about this yummy challenge. I love sandwiches because I can create a lot of combinations with my favorite ingredients.

Here are the "multicultural" ingredients:

• 2 croissants - France
• Cream cheese - America
• 2 sun-dried tomatoes (pomodorini secchi) - Italy
• Black Forrest Ham - Germany
• Baby Spinach - Asia
• Cucumber - South Asia
• Avocado - Mexico

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the croissants in 2. Spread the croissants with cream cheese.

For the "VEGETARIAN VERSION", smash your avocado, chop the sun-dried tomatoes.

Divide them all over in your croissant.

For the "CARNIVORE VERSION", slice the cucumber.

Add it in the other croissant. Then, top it with ham and baby spinach.

That was very hard, right?
