Spring Buddha bowl

Hey Steemian,

Monday is not for everybody, right? Actually, who loves Mondays?
Since my life has changed and I have free on Mondays, I’ve started enjoying much this beginning. So, I “celebrated” with a Spring Buddha Bowl, after a weekend of indulgence.

Ingredients
Quinoa
Spring onion
Parsley
Radishes
Asparagus
Avocado
Chilli
Poached eggs

  1. Boil quinoa.
  2. Fry the asparagus with some butter. It will change totally.
  3. Chop the remaining ingredients.
  4. Put them in a large bowl and enjoy.
