Spring Buddha bowl

Monday is not for everybody, right? Actually, who loves Mondays?
Since my life has changed and I have free on Mondays, I’ve started enjoying much this beginning. So, I “celebrated” with a Spring Buddha Bowl, after a weekend of indulgence.
Ingredients
Quinoa
Spring onion
Parsley
Radishes
Asparagus
Avocado
Chilli
Poached eggs
- Boil quinoa.
- Fry the asparagus with some butter. It will change totally.
- Chop the remaining ingredients.
- Put them in a large bowl and enjoy.
