How it works?

From the white paper:

Ziber is a decentralized system of masternodes around the world installed on different servers or VPS. The Ziber mobile application redirects VOIP calls from mobile phones, Internet applications and other devices to the main blockchain system. All network members earn using their devices as a proxy server for routing Ziber traffic. People, who are not connected to Ziber, will pay for international long distance calls.

Our mission is to completely change the voice communication market between different countries and roaming. We want to relieve people from paying large sums of money to mobile providers around the world. Moreover, we want anyone to give an opportunity from using their mobile phones to earn moneymobile phones to earn money.

The ICO

Ziber LTD is going to launch ICO on July 27, 2017 12:00 GMT:

• 100 million Ziber tokens will be issued (they do not specify if you need an ERC-20 standard, but better do it from an address you own).
• 80% for the ICO.
• 10% frozen for a year for the Ziber investors + project team.
• 10% to Bitcoin and Ethereum owners as a bonus absolutely for free.
• Can use BTC or ETH to participate but to receive the above bonus you need Ethereum wallet.
• If the ICO reaches £10 million within the first 24hours it will end, otherwise, it will only run for 10 days max. The minimum is £1 million (otherwise money returns to investors). I can't understand if this means that there is a cap or not... if there is and its the £10 million, then each token will have a predicted max price of £0.1 and min price of £0.01.
• Tokens will be available 3 MONTHS after the ICO!

By either creating a masternode and receiving 25% of all network calls gross income, although you need to hold a wallet address with a minimum of 10K Tokens... (so, the more nodes, less profit, unless they all belong to you or the price of Ziber skyrockets)
Or by allowing your phone to proxy between the IP VOIP calls and a common (GSM/CDMA) mobile operator network.

Overall look

This looks very cool... but I wish the free call would work!!! Also, the writing could be better on the white paper. Looks like it was NOT reviewed properly. They also say that after the ICO the codes will be published on GitHub.
