Perspective is a strange phenomenon.
Two people can be told the same thing, but take different perspectives.
If faced with criticism, rather than dismiss it, analyse it.
Pull it apart and find out if there is anything of value to learn from it.
Do not identify with praise either. Pull it apart just the same.
Once you’re conditioned for praise, it heightens how you take criticism.
This doesn't mean you shouldn't feel. But that your feelings are just that, feelings.
They come and go.
To trade successfully, you need a level head.
A skill developed in your every day dealings with emotions.
Do you see this view as being a cold, hard cunt?
Or highly sensitive in that you can objectively identify what they really mean?

It really is everything. I'm definitely a pessimist (well I like to call myself an optimistic pessimist haha), so I have to really try to focus on my mindset to keep things looking up. Life is here to be enjoyed, so why take a dim look at everything?
