Ingredients:
zucchini 300 gr
1 egg SB
rice flour 50 gr
spice
baking powder 1 tsp
vegetable oil 1 tbsp

Cooking:
Grate zucchini. Squeeze well
mix the zucchini with all the other ingredients
fry in a skillet over medium heat. 5 minutes on each side
