She finally had her hair shaved and is now walking around with an almost shiny bald top.

Yup the World's Greatest Shave happened and all the proceeds raised will go towards the Leukemia Foundation.

The turn out wasn't great but as the day go by and lots of shouting from the promoters, we had a crowd.

Then a few hours later more volunteers came and went around asking for donations which added to the shavees tally.

This is her before the shave. She walked around with a nice long beautiful hair.

I really couldn't believe it when she said that she would actually shave the whole thing. I thought she was only going for a little trim, like this girl.

Yup, you don't have to shave everything. Your womanhood don't have to end, coloring the hair and a short cut will do.

But noooo, she went ahead and gone, done the works. The hairdresser start by platting your hair and cutting it off. Apparently it's to keep it together neatly to be packed and made into a wig.

Then they shave it all off! They asked her how short she wanted to go and she said number 1, this kid is unbelievable.

And we're done.

Wooooot! She had highest amount raised out of the participants that day. She was the only one that shaved her whole head. Certainly deserves a clap.
