Some people seem to get the notion that you have to know big, intelligent words be a good writer to make good money from your blogs, especially on Steemit. A good story teller will trump great vocabulary anytime. I would read someone who I can relate to more than someone who uses words that half of it, I can't understand.

I just write the way I speak, with a little fancy words sprinkled. Don't even know if they count as fancy. So many online bloggers use intricate words, but they get the same readership as a blogger who writes simplistic.

I used to write trying to sound really smart but then I thought, I don't even sound like that in real life. Why would I speak to anyone sounding like a rich, pretentious person? My friends would either laugh in my face or just hit me back to my senses. It just sounds funny and arrogant.

Write the way you would talk to a friend, put your personality in it. Otherwise, you are just the same as the other million blogs out there. If you are serious then be serious, you want to make jokes, make jokes. Don't be scared if you think other people will find it stupid. Other people may like stupid.

There are plenty of tips out in the web on how to write a blog that are very detailed and very meticulously put together. But the best tip is this.

Just be you.........................
