Dlive 27 - Eat with Yen
You guys ever tried Hu Tieu? It is a traditional Vietnamese clear soup. You can pretty much mix it with anything you want. Some people like it with mixed seafood, pork, beef or just plain vegetables.
My mom never cooks this at home. She never learned how to do it I think but she has lots of traditional Vietnamese recipes. And they are all delicious! She told me to add that.
This is a restaurant in Canley Heights called the Crispy Chicken Noodle House. It's very popular for its crispy chicken, dum dum dum dum.
This one is newly opened and the original restaurant is at Cabramatta. That one is always packed. When it first opened and after it gained lots of good reviews, there has always been a line up early in the wee hours of the morning.
There are still many people that goes here but it has lost some customers during the years. It's still a very popular place to have one of the crispiest chicken skin in Sydney.
