Potato cabbage Khichdi
First wash the rice twice a day by washing the water with hand. Now peel the potatoes and cut it in long pieces. Cut the flower cabbage into large pieces. Ginger ginger and green chili cut.
Now fry the moong dal in a pan until it becomes pink on low flame. Do not sweat while roasting. Now add ghee, standing red chilly, cumin and asafoetida and mix all the ingredients and washed rice and cook it in a half liter hot water on a low flame.
