PIVX is a privacy coin and a software fork from DASH. As DASH so is PIVX based on Bitcoins core code. The unique selling proposition of PIVX is their See-Saw Rewards Mechanism Proof of Stake model which should balance the rewards between masternodes an regular stake holders.
