A very very very good thing. Because if more and more miners get in, we will all lose, because the pie stays the same, but the slice each miner gets becomes smaller and the miners will NEVER get even their invested bitcoins back. The math principle behind this is SOOO SIMPLE.
Genesis Mining etc. should immediately stop signing up new people or they are gonna face big juridical problems.
