Montreal, Quebec, Canada
Hey hey Steemians,
I was recently in Montreal Canada for a few days exploring the city and its sights, although it was in a bitterly cold winter I still found this city to be amazing, the contrast in coming from America in to a city which French is the main language enhance the experienced and I loved the energy of the city.
These photos were taken from Mount Royal which is a large volcanic-related hill or small mountain not far from Downtown Montreal and give a great view of the city. We did the small hike up the mountain which was a lot more difficult then what it would be in the Summer as there was ice sections throughout which made it difficult to walk on. The view from the top was amazing however and was a real highlight of my time in the city, I would love to head up there at night time and see the city fully lit up.

Upvoted! love your account, I never been to Montreal eventhough I lived in Canada for almost two years also lived in Australia for a year loved it, all part of my four years travels, post about it now.

Really enjoyed it, traveled the east coast twice, lived in Perth (not the best) and worked in Monkey mia for a few months (Paradise)

Spectacular view. That's some real cold you're running around in, we don't know what that feels like here in Los Angeles. Its been like 55 degrees here and no one knows what to do
