Killing without touching

when I got home this truck gave way but suddenly when I overtook, this truck accelerated suddenly, on purpose so that it almost hurt me if I didn't have time to brake, I would hit the motorbike on the right, and even though I braked I almost got hit by the truck.
This is not the first time I have experienced something like this, starting in 2015 and getting worse in 2016 because it almost cost my life.
