The courage to say no is truly lacking in many people's life today. Little wonder then that some people are easily pressured to do wrong. The courage to say no can help you avoid problems and setbacks that result from just following the crowd. When all your friends are doing it and you know its not good, should you join them just to be accepted? When they ask you to smoke, skip your medication, take a dare, jump in front of a speeding train, run the traffic light, etc. Do you have the courage to say no?

What a saying no on time, against everything is difficult but form your character and define your personality.
It has nothing to do with the courage to say NO but with the way we are raised. Already a two-year-old toddler it's will is broken. It has to give in, fit in, is not allowed to say no and set borders. How to say NO if you are always punished if you do so?
If I want to say no to something, I can do it with no regrets or excuses. After you do it a few times, it becomes easy. "I'm sorry, but this is not something I can do now," works well.
It's best to say this quickly so the person asking you is not left hanging and can go on to other options.
I think that we live in a world now where we're always trying to please people and no is always seen as a negative when its not always the case, sometimes saying no is the better option, you need to evaluate it case by case and learn to be able to think for yourself and use no more often
