Preparation of Chilly Chicken:

I will be very glad and grateful if the reader will go through the entire post and also will be very happy if they prepare the chilly chicken at their home. Please don’t be confused by its name. Its not like preparation of the chicken with only chilly. It is spicy and looks like red, so it is chilly chicken.

Ingredients:

Chicken (1 Kg) (It can be boneless or with bone)
Onion, cut in large cubes (4 cups)
Capsicum or green bell pepper (2 med)
Garlic (4-6 cloves)
Green Chili (cut the chilly lengthwise)
Ginger paste (1/2 teaspoon)
Chilly sauce
Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
Tomato Sauce (10 table spoon)
Corn starch (2 table spoon)
Red Chili Powder (1 tspn)
Salt to taste
White Oil
Egg 3 pieces
All purpose flour 2 table spoon
Black pepper power

Procedure:
STEP 1 : Clean the chicken pieces with the water and drain them for thirty minutes . Marinate the chicken pieces with the eggs, Black pepper power, required amount of salt, all purpose flour. Keep it for one hour. Cut the onion and green bell peppers or capsicum in square pieces . Chilly Chicken.jpg

STEP2 : Now heat some oil and deep fry the chicken pieces .
N:B: The best practice is first fry a single piece of chicken and then taste it. If everything is fine fry the rest amount.

STEP 3 : Then put some oil in the frying pan and half fry the pieces of onion and capsicum. Then make a paste of the ginger and garlic and then add the paste in the frying pan. Fry it for 15 to 20 minutes. Then add the pieces of fried chicken and stir it for 15 minutes. Add the tomato sauce, chilly sauce, and stir it for another 10 mins. Add little bit of warm look water and a spoon of corn starch. Stir it for 5 to 10 mins and your delicious chilly chicken is ready.

Make sure that you don’t forget to add the required quantity of salt.
