Make every single of your day count. Start where you are with what you have, try not hurt other people, take more chances, if you fail, Keep trying.
You own the first day of your life. You own the last and you own everything in between. No story is worth telling without the twists and turns. Make them count instead. Cos life is a first impression, you get one shot at it. Make it everlasting. 
I always tell people " Don't count the days, make the days count". Whether you're climbing an extra flight of stairs or doing few burpees before bed every night. We're excited for all the progress you made and for all the progress that is yet to come.
