A Good Healing Breakfast

Start your day with a good breakfast. I took a wok and added coconut oil. Then in went 1/2 diced onion, 3 cloves garlic, hunk of ginger root peeled and diced, 2 small turmeric roots peeled and diced, 2 different hot peppers. Added black pepper, cumin, turmeric powder, cayenne pepper, and ginger powder. Cook on low till onions are translucent. Add potato. Cook on low till done. 

This was a delicious breakfast and I ate several healing herbs for my Immune System.
