Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits. Since I am allergic to banana, pineapple, kiwi and other southern fruits, I prefer fruits that grow in Austria or Germany and are locally available. One of these fruits are the strawberries. They have such a great red color, and you can eat them without anything, or in combination with whipped cream, chocolate and many others. I also like it when I make some strawberry milk with my mixer or frozen strawberry sorbet.

This time, I just washed the strawberries and ate them without anything in addition. When they are fresh and sweet, you don't need additional sugar to the fruit sugar they own. Strawberries are a simple and healthy dessert.
