Cassava Lupak
Hello Everyone☺☺☺
For our snack today,I made "Lupak"I dont know what's the foreign name of it.By making this lupak you can use cassava,sweet potato and the very best a banana.For this I used cassava because honey brought it yesterday.Instead of just simmer it I made lupak.☺☺☺So here are the ingredients for this menu.
INGREDIENTS:
- cassava
- sugar
- coconut fruit
PROCEDURE:
1.Peel the cassava
2.Cooked until become smooth
3.Smashed or grate the cassava
4.Put the coconut and at the same time the sugar.
5.Mixed it thoroughly until the mixture look like this. (Please see attached photos).
6.You can used a molder in making shapes.Or anything that can mold,whatever you want the shape is.
7.Serve
All in all by the used of the molder that I shown to you earlier which is the blue color,I just made 25 pieces of it.I give the 10 pieces to my boyfriend the brother of ate @shikika so that they have there snack too when he got home.☺☺☺
Im so tired in making this snack.But it is okay,because it all worth it.My father and sister loved it.I just dont know if my boyfriend and his parents love it too.☺lol☺I didnt asked him yet.☺☺☺Maybe later if he called me up.
