No bankroll, No Problem? Downswing?
It is easy to complain in poker.
The opponent seemingly hit all their draws, while you seemingly never hit yours.
You have kings they have aces etc etc
Everytime I am in a downswing I like to remind myself that the money I loose is only borrowed and there will come a time when I can collect IF I don`t start tilting and keep on doing less mistakes as my opponents.
My sample size on the spins is still low and I know from the time when I played 6 max hyper SNGs how swings can look, especially over a small sample size.
So the only thing left is keep grinding and keep on improving.
I noticed since I picked up Poker again I started to meditate more regular again which makes me a happy camper.
Psychology and self control is the most vaulable things in the poker :-). Meditation is great tool to earn control, improve yourself and stay calm in various situation. Earn a willpower to control yourself and you will be great in many ways of life.
