My self experiment to stop smoking
I am a smoker for over 18 years now
I had some breaks in my smoking career, I think the longest was about 6 months, but I kept going for most of the time.
I came across an interesting TED talk today about breaking bad habits, especially smoking.
They were promoting a mindfulness smoking. So no checking steemit or blockfolio while enjoying some blue dust.
No, no total focus on the cigarette
Every smoker knows somewhere that it is kind of stupid what we are doing.
There are endless reasons to stop and only one to go on.
Addiction
So I will smoke every cigarette from now on laser focused on the taste and smell that the knowledge that it is bad for me goes from my head into my bones.
Kind of from an intellectual level to a emotional level
I think there is nothing I can do in my life which would me so many benefits than to stop smoking....
All those things would be good, too of course but quitting cigarettes is like all of those 3 combined.

Nicotine is a son of a bitch! It grabs you by the balls and is a tricky thing to get rid of.
When I use to work construction, I was hooked on nicotine.
For me, I started doing a ton of cardio which helped me stop smoking.

Smoke causes multi-sickness as ever
I don't understand why a lot of people keep on smoking. I had smoked several times out of curiosity but didn't find any pleasure in it. It is just a waste of money. I would rather prefer to eat something tasty once in a week instead.
If you have the desire, you can quit. In colleges, students who are chainsmokers are capable of staying away from that habit for one or two months while they are home for vacation. They fear their parents.So it has to start from mind- control.
This is our risk as a man if still keep the cigarette.
Smokers have a greater risk of erectile dysfunction than nonsmokers. Nicotine in cigarettes is carried by blood throughout the body and results in narrowing of blood vessels (arteriosclerosis). This is the cause of heart attacks, strokes, and erectile dysfunction.
Smoking habits also affect the quality and quantity of sperm so as to reduce fertility rates.

I don't have any idea why people keep smoking even they know it's very bad for their health. their family is in danger, because passive smoker is more dangerous than the active does.
Whatsoever, I actually didn't see the smoker burning the cigarette rather than burning the money itself.
So, In Education, health and economy, they are all bad in many aspects.

Though I'm not a smoker but I've heard many people say they try to quit for some time and then went back to smoking.
