I have never been to 49° North, although I have visited Mt. Spokane, Schweitzer, and Lookout Pass. One of these years I will decide I have recovered enough from back injuries to try skiing again.
I have taken to an app on my phone, 300 situps, as I am trying to get my back and core strengthened again. It is pretty mellow and works up to higher numbers slowly.
I've been wanting to get to Schweitzer during winter, I have only run trail races there during the summer.
